Our client, Schott Minifab, is currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager to join the business to guide and manage the overall human resource function. The HR Manager will have experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and excel at providing training, support and HR expertise to the staff and will play a key role in developing the business framework.

**Essential skills and experience**:

- Tertiary degree in Human Resources or similar
- Solid experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to unions and industrial relations
- Strong experience with developing HR programs, policies and procedures
- Experience with SAP HR and strong IT competency - Microsoft software products (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Strong leadership capabilities

**Primary responsibilities of this role**:

- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and strategies
- Involvement in continuous improvement activities which align wit company strategy
- Oversight of all HR functions and employee life cycle
- Coaching, mentor and develop the HR team
- Promote healthy relationships between staff and management
- Promote the company values of diversity, inclusion and equality
