We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our friendly Human Resources team. You will report to the Group Human Resources Manager and be responsible for working within the HR team and wider business to lead and execute talent initiatives and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

This is a 5 day per week onsite role located in our Summer Hill Support Office in Sydney.

What will you do?
- Liaise with hiring Managers across the business to establish role requirements, developing strong relationships and offering advice and guidance.
- Determine applicant requirements and fit to role by studying the position description and relevant qualifications, skills and attributes.
- Take part in the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, preliminary phone screens and interview coordination with hiring Managers.
- Manage some administration relating to recruitment processes including conducting reference checks, sighting relevant qualifications, certificates and checks.
- Maintain and create attractive job postings to build a pipeline of inbound resumes through a variety of channels.
- Approach and recruit talent utilising tools such as Seek talent search and LinkedIn.
- Deliver recruitment process analytics and reporting.
- Identify difficult job vacancies and investigate to deliver the best recruitment approach for them.

What skills and experience do you need?
- Solid experience within a similar recruitment role, preferably within a retail environment.
- Formal HR qualification; degree or certificate preferred.
- Experience in managing high-volume recruitment activity in a large organisation.
- Proactive sourcing techniques for difficult to fill positions.
- Be a “people person” with exceptional communication, interpersonal and telephone skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Competent with planning and prioritising your workload independently.
- Team and customer service orientated.
- Ability to achieve outcomes with mínimal direct supervision.
- Demonstrate fairness in the recruitment process by treating people with dignity and taking a balanced view.
- Ability to manage multiple job vacancies concurrently.
