**About the job**

**Rest’s purpose is to create super our members love, so we’re on a mission to make super simple.**

This role within the Member Experience team is focused primarily on the retention of members into the retirement phase. You’ll work within a collaborative team environment to:

- Help shape the design of member experiences to create super our members love so they wish to stay with Rest into and beyond retirement
- Execute data-driven marketing strategies and communications to help members make the most of their super with Rest
- Support the execution of focused marketing to assist members in or near retirement to make the most of their opportunities

This role may at times support member acquisition and onboarding activity depending on member and business priorities. You’ll work closely with your team leader, constantly striving to exceed expectations and surprise and delight Rest members.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**
- Execute omni-channel marketing strategies to deliver a target member experience that will engage and delight members so they wish to remain with Rest through retirement
- Implement data-driven interactions that support the target member experience employing agile methodologies where required to deliver at pace
- Execute highly focused marketing campaign activities and content to retain members and support the retention of employer relationships via a range of channels
- Contribute to a small team of marketing professionals, living the Rest values
- Brief internal and external agencies to develop content that helps deliver on our mission to make super simple
- Work closely with teams across Rest to ensure marketing activities are coordinated and aligned to Rest brand standards and the desired member experience

**Qualifications**
**Desired qualifications, experience, understanding or credentials including**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and / or a minimum of 2 years equivalent experience in marketing or related business disciplines
- Recent experience in marketing, customer experience or related disciplines
- Ability and willingness to adopt agile delivery methodologies
- A willingness to innovate, test and learn as a fundamental way of operating
- Developing commercial acumen to understand strategic plans
- Ability to execute plans in consultation with key stakeholders
- Developing stakeholder engagement, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Sounds verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects
- A team player with sound interpersonal skills
- High energy and resilience levels
