Our client is a successful award-winning luxury construction brand. With a focus on detail, they deliver outstanding individually designed custom homes. They take care of their staff and for this reason have many long-term team members on board.

This role will work with clients from sales signing to practical completion and will include contract admin, prestart and client liaison. You will work with a smaller number of clients as their homes are extremely detailed, meaning you will spend time individually with each client to deliver their dream home.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in prestart and contract administration
- Excellent communicator with a desire to support clients throughout the build process
- A genuine interest in design and assisting clients with colours/material selections
- Previous experience on custom homes would be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of building contracts and contracts administration
- A keen eye for detail when completing documentation
