**Job Requirements**:
Contract: 3 months initially
Location: Melbourne - hybrid/WFH

**The role**:
Our client needs an Instructional Designer for a major Event Management/Marketing project with experience in developing and delivering training on business processes and related technology platforms via electronic and digital channels

**Experience needed**:

- Using a range of digital formats / learning materials
- Troubleshoot system problems and escalate where appropriate
- Use of JIRA, Confluence
- Digital technologies such as Ecommerce (Adobe Magento),
- Campaign Asset Management and Events Management
- Environment data set-up for content development and training delivery
