**The role**:
We are seeking a **Dental Receptionist **who is a great communicator and loves being front of house and caring for our patients. A person who is excellent with software programs, and loves being at the heart of the practice, helping drive the business. We are looking for a dedicated team member who is looking for a career, not just a job _**(Please note, a minimum 12 months prior dental experience is required)**_
- **A minimum of 12 months front of house dental reception experience**:

- Very well presented with a professional demeanour
- A positive and professional attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Highly motivated and demonstrate a high level of initiative
- Well organised and enthusiastic
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (including professional phone manner)
- D4W experience preferred but not essential
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and eagerness to learn quickly
- Strong degree of empathy towards patients and staff
- A team player with a pleasant and friendly personality
- An ability to influence patients and strong rapport building skills
- Ability to nurture and educate patients

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 - 38 per week

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Retention bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glenroy, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
