They have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Associate to join their team and ideally grow within the business longer term into a Residential Sales Agent.

This company is well placed to provide you with training, career development opportunities and a long term career within their organisation.

This role will be based in Penrith, and does require working from the office along with travel to residential homes in Western Sydney.

**About the Role**

Our client has an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join their team.

Your responsibility will be to support the smooth running of a busy and well established Sales Agent, and helping to develop business in the local area.

The role will involve:

- Prospecting for new business
- Assisting with open homes
- Liaising with buyers
- Making outbound sales calls to develop new business
- Building rapport with clients
- Letter box drops

**About You**

We are looking for a career focussed, personable and outgoing Sales Associate who is friendly and has excellent computer skills.

This role will suit a can-do person with a strong team player focus and a desire to progress to a real estate sales agent in the next 12 months..

Our client is looking for the following key skills:

- Ideally 1 year of working experience in a call centre, customer service or retails sales role
- High level communicator, both written and verbal
- Impeccable English skills
- A high level of dedication and self motivation
- ** A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is essential**
- ** A current driver license and your own reliable vehicle are also essential for this role**
