One of
**Australia's largest private Development companies **with an outstanding reputation is looking for an admin extraordinaire who has worked with Xero and or other accounts payable programmes.

Your role will be assisting the wider team with admin and other ad-hoc duties. You will be processing invoices, entering information into excel spreadsheets and assisting with accounts administration.

**Duties**
- Filing and other admin duties
- Match invoices to Purchase Orders and follow up
- Enter and process invoices for multiple entities
- Reconcile petty cash and corporate cards
- Inbox management
- Prepare weekly payment reports
- Accounts administration

**Skills & Experience**
- Proficient MS Office Skills
- Must have experience with Xero
- Must have high attention to detail
- High personal and professional standards
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills
