- ** More than just activities**: You'll be a supportive companion, assisting with daily living like mealtimes and outings, and offering emotional support to those with cognitive impairment or mental health needs.
- ** Resident champion**: Your voice matters You'll gather feedback through surveys and family conferences to ensure activities truly hit the mark.
- ** Team player**: You'll collaborate with the Lifestyle Coordinator and care team to plan activities, document progress, and escalate any concerns.
- ** Hygiene hero**: Keeping things clean and safe is essential. You'll follow infection control protocols and maintain a tidy environment.
- ** Catering crewmate**: You'll lend a hand with plating and serving meals, adhering to food safety standards and monitoring resident preferences.

- Current Certificate III in Individual Support or willing to obtain.
- First Aid Certificate (or willing to get one)
- Australian driver's licence
