**Woods & Co Recruitment** have partnered with a leading real estate agency based in South Yarra, seeking a Residential Property Manager to join their team. As a Residential Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and liaising with tenants and property owners to ensure their needs are met.

What do you do?:

- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that they are maintained to a high standard and any necessary repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with tenants and property owners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all rental agreements and legal documents are up-to-date and compliant with current legislation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tenant and property owner communication and transactions.
- Work closely with the leasing team to ensure all properties are leased in a timely manner and vacancies are filled promptly.

What do you need?:

- Experience in residential property management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, property owners, and team members.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing residential property management.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with property management software.
