**About the Company**

Our client, a leading national provider of workplace rehabilitation services, is currently seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join their team in Salisbury, Adelaide SA.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, our client is a well-established and respected provider of occupational rehabilitation services.

While prior experience in occupational rehabilitation would be beneficial, our client is also open to speaking with qualified professionals from related fields such as Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Exercise Physiologists who are looking to transition into occupational rehabilitation.

**What you will be doing**:

- Conducting assessments of worksites, functionalities, ergonomics, equipment, and homes.
- Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers
- Coordinating with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to reach outcomes that are suitable for everyone involved.
- Creating, executing, and supervising initiatives that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workforce.

**What you will need**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Full AHPRA registration or ESSA
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
- While experience is preferred it is not essential
