Medical Receptionist

MyHealth Forest Lake is looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our team Hours will be discussed with the right applicant.

**Duties**
- Manage the greeting, registration and departure of patients
- Deliver quality service and assistance to doctors working in the centre
- Ensure that the medical centre facilities are clean and tidy at all times
- Ensure accurate billings, cash collection and receipting for patient services
- Opening and Closing of the practice
- Occasional weekend and public holiday work required
- Sick leave and annual leave coverage required

**Skills & experience**
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Exceptional data entry and communication skills
- Proven multi-tasking, problem solving and time management skills
- Ability to develop quality working relationships

Please not experience is not required, full training provided.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $22.13 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:
