**About the Job**

This is Full-time casual position with a long-established company in the Laverton North area for an experienced Dispatch and Store person.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, go getter who can perform the following and more
- Unload, unpack and inspect goods on arrival and complete any documentation.
- Investigate and seek effective solutions for customer enquiries and complaints, escalating as needed.
- Adhere to all OHS requirements and report to management as required.
- Receipt local and internal purchase orders and consignments.
- Upkeep of processing and dispatch accuracies.
- Advise of discrepancies and/or damaged goods.
- Load and unload vehicles using forklift.
- Assemble, check and pack orders as per projects or sales order requirements.
- Wrap or package stock where appropriate to facilitate safe dispatch of goods.
- Attach invoices and packing slips.
- Serve customers via phone or in person.
- Book freight with freight companies.
- Participate in end of year stock takes.
- Accurately count and maintain stock levels.
- Previous warehousing experience essential.
- Basic Excel and Word computer skills.
- Basic level of numeracy, verbal and literacy skills.
- Must be physically fit.
- Safely handle dangerous goods as required.
- LF license with minimum 12 months driving experience.
- Keep the dispatch area clean at all times.
- Any Ad-hoc duties as required.
