**About the business**

Canberra Region Neurology and Pain Centre and Day Hospital is a well established and busy multi speciality pratice. We provide a full range of specialist neurology, neurosurgery and chronic pain management services including nerve conduction studies, EEG, botox and interventional pain procedures. We provide diagnosis and treatment to over 2000 patients each year with complex neurological, neurosurgical and chronic pain disorders.

**About the role**

**EXPECTED TASKS**
- Answering telephone calls
- Booking and managing patient appointments
- Billing for services provided
- Managing correspondences and faxes
- Providing administrative support to Specialists and nurses
- General administrative duties

**Benefits and perks**

Salary will be attractive and commensurate with experience.

**Skills and experience**

**Salary**: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- Phillip, ACT 2606 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Phillip, ACT 2606: Relocate before starting work (required)

Work Location: In person
