Position Overview: We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Early Childhood Educators. While prior experience is preferred, it is not required. We value attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to embrace our centre's philosophy and culture.

**Responsibilities**:
Facilitate engaging and developmentally appropriate activities that promote creativity, problem-solving, and social skills.

Foster a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued, respected, and supported.

Collaborate with team members to plan and implement curriculum that aligns with our center's philosophy.

Observe and assess children's progress, and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.

**Qualifications**:
**Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care**

**Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care**

**Work experienced preferred**

A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with young children.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work rotating or mid to late shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.57 - $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
