**Duties**:
The Community Liaison Office Coordinator (CLO) develops and manages a comprehensive Post program to maintain high morale. Morale is directly affected by quality of life issues related to the Foreign Service lifestyle and post-specific environment. The CLO is a mandatory ICASS package and serves all tenant USG agencies at Post, and as such is a rated ICASS service provider whose base constituency includes all direct-hire employees, family members, and members of household. In addition, the CLO program regularly provides services to TDYers, contractors, LE staff, and the greater U.S. military community. The Sydney Community Liaison Office serves a client base of approximately 165 people.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum three years of professional experience, including but not limited to administration, office management, customer service, program management, or public policy required.
- Education Requirements:
OPTION 1:

- Completion of at least two years of college or university studies is required.

OPTION 2:

- Substitution of experience for education: Completion of High School required and two years of previous CLO full-time experience (Coordinator, Assistant, or Administrative Assistant/Clerk), in addition to any years of experience required already in the position description under "Work Experience.".
- Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Good Working Knowledge English Speaking/Reading/Writing required.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Standard knowledge of Microsoft computer environment is required. This may be tested.
- Ability to draft and edit material for correspondence and publication is required. This maybe tested.
- Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal customer service skills is required. This may be tested.
