**THE ROLE**

This premier Australian law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to join them in their Property team in Melbourne, supporting a Partner who is growing her practice.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

- Managing and overseeing a wide range of property developments
- Drafting of legal documents
- Coordinating monthly billing process
- Proofreading correspondence and documentation
- Diary and travel arrangement including booking seminars

**ABOUT YOU**

This would suit a Legal Secretary who has some proven experience in Property or a strong interest in moving into a property team.

The following attributes are also required to be successful in this Legal Secretary role:

- High attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate high-quality work in a timely manner
- Be proactive and prioritise activities according to the level of urgency
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with staff members
