**Woods & Co **have partnered with a reputable home building company that has become one of the most trusted builders in the industry. We are on the hunt for a determined New Homes Consultant to join the dynamic, successful sales team.

You will work out of our brand-new display home in the booming Taylors Lakes. Offering a wide range of new Home designs the possibilities and options are endless allowing this Sales Consultant to offer a plethora of options to any potential buyer. If you're an individual who is looking to establish themselves within the property market, has amazing people skills and a general ability to sell then this is the role for you.

**What's in it for you?**
- $60K + Commission - OTE's is $250K
- Flexible 11-5pm working days
- Full time - Thursday & Fridays off.

**What do you do?**
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets
- Assist clients with product selection, design, finance and any other areas needed to assist the sale
- Generate new leads and follow up on all queries (including online queries) from prospects with the aim to convert them to clients
- Assist sales manager with ad-hoc sales and marketing items as required
- Create and maintain an exceptional level of client/customer satisfaction and service

**What do you need?**
- Possess a strong work ethic, self-belief, confidence and a positive attitude
- Hardworking and passionate about property
- 2 years of Industry experience
- High interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Proactive focus on self-lead generation
