**Salary**: $55,000 - $65,000

Applied Industrial Printing is an Australian company specializing in the supply of coding, marking and labeling equipment and solutions is looking for a skilled Hardware technician (Printer) who fits within the description.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyzing, diagnosing and rectifying printer issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform production print service calls that achieve service objectives of customer satisfaction and set service KPIs
- Preventative & Corrective Servicing - Service and maintenance of printers including but not limited to Domino inkjet printers (Ax Series, A- Series (Plus, classic, AGP), I-Tech Series, Thermal Jet Printers, DOD, TTO, and Laser Printers.
- Perform component troubleshooting of High-tech printing, laser printing processing, and distribution equipment in the field
- Reporting on service faults
- Training clients after installation and conducting training sessions on the use and basic maintenance of printing systems if required
- Comply with all fault escalation procedures including notifying the production technical specialist and production supervisor of any potential customer problems
- Manage inventory of new and replaced printer equipment and on the diagnosis of hardware faults, recording of the necessary data (serial, number, location, etc) and feedback to the service desk in order to support the repair service.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
- A dedicated person who is committed to providing excellent service and solutions to our customers
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and who is keen to learn new systems and technology
- Deep experience in supporting IT products
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of Domino Ink Jet Printers, Label Printers, Laser Coding, Thermal Printers, and case sealers machines.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
