We are currently offering a great opportunity for a Logistics Administrator to join our Kwinana Beach team.

**About the opportunity**:
This is a full time, permanent position reporting to the Operations Manager Fertiliser WA.

You will be responsible for managing the overall order processes, including the generation, organisation, and subsequent documentation of day-to-day processes, as well as the receival of high value imported product into stock. In this role you are responsible for the administrative aspect of the Logistics requirements, and you will proactively coordinate state-wide Bulk stock movements to ensure product is delivered in a timely manner so our contract obligations can be met.

The position requires _analytical thinking _and _problem solving, _involving investigation, interpreting information, analysis and identification of problems and situations. Consideration of immediate and long-term impacts is required before solving problems and implementing solutions. The role requires a considerable amount of independent work.

Position adopts established guidelines, techniques and processes that impact the way work is organized and

performed. The position is also expected to _recommend _and implement changes and adaptations which improve the efficiency or effectiveness of processes and enhance quality of outcomes.

The Logistics Administrator will work closely with Procurement, Operations, Accounts, and Sales teams to better reflect movements as part of larger company requirements and - on occasion - will assist with _Customer Service functions_ as required by the Operations Manager or Customer Service Manager.

**About you**:
To be successful you’ll have 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role in an office, large distribution centre, or warehouse administration.

You’ll have a high level of personal organisation skills, PC literacy, including intermediate to advanced level in Excel, logic and numeracy, and ideally have an interest in farming, and/or agriculture.

You will be a self-motivated person capable of analytical thinking and problem-solving with the ability to follow through and “get the job done” in a fast-paced environment. You will be keen to learn all aspects of your role and our business and your previous experience using SAP and SAGE ERP systems will be highly regarded.
