This picturesque Catholic Boys College in Melbourne's South-East is currently seeking an experienced and influential **Dean of Learning Diversity **to lead their learning diversity team. With a strong academic achievement focus, the school prides themselves on providing a modern learning experience with a foundation built from its traditional beliefs. Offering a wide range of curriculum this school does caters to every students needs ensuring they are prepared for what awaits after they graduate.

**The Role**
- Mentor and lead the Learning and Diversity Team, comprised of 12 officers and teachers
- Three year leadership cycle with ongoing role afterwards that would suit your expertise
- Genuine pathway of progression to the Director position after the cycle.
- Full-time ongoing role commencing Jan 2024

The successful applicant, will lead and coordinate a team to support the schools vision and progression, to ensure all students are given the opportunity to prevail in their academic pursuits. Key focus of this role, include sourcing and implementing new ways to broaden the schools reach to its students, and supporting the gamete of learning abilities of students. The position holds a small teaching load.

Working closely with the Deputy Principal and Data Analysts, the successful applicant will be responsible for identifying gaps in the curriculum and working with the Heads of Faculty to drive the success of student educational outcomes.

**Relevant Qualifications & Experience**
- Hold VIT registration or be eligible
- Valid Working with Children and Police check
- Up-to-date Professional Teachers Accreditation
