**Role**: Equipment Readiness Lead - OneSubsea

**Location**: Kewdale, WA

**Type of contract**: Permanent

**Roster**: Full Time

We are currently seeking to employ an Equipment Readiness Lead based at our Kewdale facility in Western Australia. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment packages are prepared and ready for the job at the assigned location. The Equipment Readiness Lead coordinates equipment related base tasks and prepares and closes phases of the Product and Service Delivery (PSD) process and the job preparation tasks of the Asset Maintenance process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Review and Plan Maintenance Work
- Perform Maintenance Scheduling
- Manage Equipment Demand Order
- Verify and Prepare Resources at Product Line Location
- Manage equipment demand orders (EDOs) and ensure that equipment configuration matches EDO
- Verify and prepare equipment at the Product Line location
- Arrange third-party inspections
- Prepare equipment for mobilisation
- Complete the Job Equipment Conformance Assessment section of JRI
- Support equipment incident investigations, including failure reproduction at the Product Line location
- Prepare hand-off and hand-back packages for PSD
- Receive and schedule equipment basic maintenance, such as FIT, TRIM, SLS1.
- Prepare and manage critical spares in accordance with the equipment demand order
- Communicate equipment configuration requests and additional maintenance to the Technology Lifecycle Management Maintenance Manager and participate in equipment failure reproduction.

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Associate Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field is desirable
- Experience working in maintenance role including exposure to maintenance processes and workflows
- 8-10 years’ experience working in an operations or manufacturing environment
- Thorough knowledge of subsea tooling, Landing Strings tooling and equipment, control systems, hydraulics, umbilical systems, reeler systems, electro hydraulics and pressure testing
- Understanding of offshore operational requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Holds forklift, rigging/dogging, working at heights and confined space entry tickets
- Experience in quality control processes is desirable
