SC 1 Demonstrated experience in supporting students and teachers with digital technologies to support learning outcomes and foster engagement.

SC 2 Demonstrated experience in managing and updating website content, ensuring timely accurate and engaging information is shared with the school community.

SC 3 Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and provide support to diverse learners, including staff and students with varying levels of technological proficiency.

SC 4 Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills in successfully managing and completing projects including newsletters, website content upgrades and yearbooks.

SC 5 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with students and staff to support the digital technology program.

SC 6 Demonstrated ability and willingness to support students with special needs.

**Role**:
**Role Overview**

The Digital Technologies Education Support staff member works with the Digital Technologies specialist teacher to support the implementation of the digital technologies¿ curriculum across the school. This involves supporting both staff and students in the effective use of digital technologies within a classroom environment, managing digital communications and creating school publications. The successful applicant will be responsible for updating the school the school website, producing the school publications including newsletters and yearbook.

**Responsibilities**:
The role of an Education Support staff member may include but is not limited to supporting the digital technologies specialist teacher to:
Assist students and staff to successfully engage with the digital technology curriculum.

Assist and support students and staff in the use of digital tools and technologies.

Work closely with teachers and staff to integrate digital technologies into the curriculum including providing professional development and support to increase digital literacy across the school.

Regularly update and maintain the school¿s website, content including videos and photographs.

Develop and manage the school¿s monthly newsletter ensuring staff contributions reflecting school news and student events.

Coordinate the creation of the school's yearbook, managing the process from content to completion ready for publication.
