**What will you be doing?**
- Assess and underwrite heavy motor and fleet insurance policies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and emerging risks to inform underwriting decisions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of underwriting processes and strategies.
- Stay informed about industry developments and share insights with the team.

**What do you need?**
- Previous experience in motor, heavy motor or fleet underwriting
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build strategic relationships in the market
- Strong time management skills to meet key deadlines and prioritise work
