Technical Service Supervisor (Service Supervisor)
Yennora, on-site parking
Permanent full time role
$70-80k+super

We are recruiting for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join a global business. They are a globally recognised brand within technology solutions and have a wide ranging corporate client base. In this role you will have a team leadership role within the Customer Service function (technical), ensuring the range of products/customers are serviced to a high standard. The team are responsible for first line support in dealing with any issues/repairs across the product line and ensuring the customer receives an outstanding service.

Key duties to include

With the support of the team, maintain corporate Customer Service goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Select, train, motivate, manage, review and support the team to ensure they have the necessary resources to excel and meet industry expectations.
Establish responsive reporting channels for effective communication.
Liaise with the repair centre to resolve repair and technical issues.
Resolve service-related customer disputes.
Frequently review systems to ensure they are aligned with current service practices and processes
Propose system changes and new systems that accommodate current service practices, methods and requirements
Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys

**Experience/key requirements**:
People leadership experience with the ability to effectively build and maintain relationships, coach, mentor and develop teams to continually evolve and excel.
Great attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Ideally 3 years + of experience in a service coordination role, a solid understanding of indirect service models is an advantage.
Demonstrates solid operational experience, preference being in a technical environment
Strong Technical background and good understanding of the IT service industry would be an advantage
Excellent listening skills
Strong verbal communication skills
You must be an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights to be considered for this role
