**About the job**:
We are seeking to fill a full-time Factory Hand - Inwards Goods / Despatch position in our production team. This role is crucial in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring quality of goods received and supporting the overall efficiency of the warehouse.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the smooth operation of the inwards goods receiving area and provide critical daily support to the Despatch Coordinator and Second Operations team. This role is full of variety and priorities change throughout the day as per the needs of the business - so if you thrive on variety this is the role for you.

The primary objective of this role will be to support the manufacture of high precision, complex components for our customers across all sectors through:

- Receiving incoming goods, including completing all required receiving documentation;
- Maintaining store functions to ensure efficient operation of the inwards goods/despatch area; including storage and organisation
- Deburring and cleaning of parts
- Checking, counting and packing parts for despatch in accordance with customer requirements; and order fulfillment
- Undertaking training in the full operations of despatch to ensure coverage in the Hargo stores when required during peak periods or coverage of leave.
- Prioritise safety and WHS procedures.

**What You Bring**:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Current Victorian Forklift Driver’s License.
- The ability to accurately complete both inwards goods and despatch paperwork.
- Attention to detail
- Management of time and tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- The ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day / week
- The ability to work as part of a team and collaborate to achieve the required outcomes.
- The ability to work to goals & targets with low supervision.
- Sound level of computer literacy
- The ability to work within an accredited quality system.

**To apply**:
Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)
