Located in Oakleigh, Vic, we are accepting expressions of interest from an out-going, self motivated and attention detailed individual to take control of the Head Office reception and administration role.

You will be required to work 3 days per week (24 hours) part-time with the potential to advance to full time hours. There is some flexibility in the days of work but Monday is not negotiable.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Being the company's first point of contact in the office and on the telephone
- Answering incoming calls in relation to department enquiries or directing the calls to the appropriate person
- Processing data relating to various arms of the business
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Banking/post office visits
- general day-to -day house keeping

You must be available to commence immediately and you will be a permanent part-time employee with all the benefits attached including annual leave, personal leave and paid public holidays.

You must be someone who enjoys talking to people both face-to-face and over the phone and have a kind and patient manner with all you come in contact with.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- reception: 1 year (preferred)
- administration: 1 year (preferred)
