Shellharbour City Council is seeking a dedicated and skilled Property Officer to join our team. As Property Officer, you will play a crucial role in administering property-related matters for the council. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of our community.

This position is primarily responsible for administering property leases, licenses, and agreements and provide property management administrative assistance and expertise on property related matters.

Council is seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong attention to detail and capability to engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders to attain optimal outcomes.

- Permanent full time, 35 hours per week with access to flexi-time
- Salary range from $66,343.68 - $73,249.28 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
