**The Opportunity**

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Leadership Team, you will enjoy;
- Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
- Lead and guide teams in developing and implementing an innovative early learning program.
- Documenting and sharing with families in their children's learning.
- Actively contributing to the Guardian Curriculum.
- Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

**The Centre**

Every day at Guardian Nairne brings new opportunities for discovery and growth. Our brand-new, beautifully resourced 123-place centre spans across seven thoughtfully designed rooms, offering a warm and welcoming environment. Conveniently located near Mount Barker, Murray Bridge, Stirling, and Crafers in the Adelaide Hills, we are easily accessible to the local community.

Join our passionate team of Educators, Teachers, and our highly experienced centre leadership team, where you’ll thrive in a supportive and collaborative culture, all while shaping the future of early childhood education.

**To be considered, you will have**:

- A completed Diploma in Children's Services
- Prior experience in long day-care
- Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
- Current Working with Children's Check.
