**About you**

**About the role**

This is an on-road role where you will be building and delivering solutions across our network of retailers. Working with the business, identifying opportunities for growth and developing the businesses you support. We are looking for someone who loves the thrill and accomplishment that comes with partnering and lifting the capabilities of our partners.

**Skills and Experience**

To be successful in this role you will be customer obsessed with a commercial acumen to develop existing relationships, preferably in a retailing environment. You will have demonstrated experience and background in delivering solutions within a highly competitive market space, possess a naturally curiosity and always be seeking to innovate and understand trends in order to differentiate our offer from our competitors.

Whilst you will be part of a team, you will enjoy working autonomously, and you will have excellent communication skills with experience leading change across multiple stakeholders. You will have strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail and have the ability to articulate your ideas and approaches succinctly.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Influencing and coaching skills - influence others without direct reporting line responsibility
- Planning - self and portfolio planning - time, budgets, targets, travel.
- Sound commercial acumen - Strong financial literacy; ability to read and analyse a P&L; set and monitor targets and budgets; identify and report on variances; understand, negotiate and monitor contracts; develop business proposals.
- Flexible communication style - deal with a broad range of business operators from small operators to larger, more sophisticated company operations.
- Strong safety focus and commitment.
- Establish networks and knowledge of the local property market.
- Negotiating skills - develop and implement negotiation strategies.
- Understanding of / experience with planograms would be beneficial.
- Proven track record of delivery.
