11 Recruitment is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Multimedia Design Specialist in Sydney, NSW, 2000. This role is central to enhancing digital presence and visual communications across various platforms.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create multimedia content for marketing and advertising campaigns, including digital graphics, video content, and animations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and produce visual assets for online and offline channels, such as our website, social media, and in-store displays.
- Manage and update the visual design of our website, ensuring an engaging user experience with a focus on e-commerce functionality for our range of cameras, accessories, and electronics.
- Create compelling visual narratives for product launches and promotional events, using a variety of digital media formats.
- Work closely with the content team to conceptualize and execute innovative visual strategies that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in multimedia design and technology, incorporating innovative techniques and tools into your work.
- Ensure consistency in the visual branding across all platforms and materials.
- Provide expertise in selecting and combining text, graphics, video, and audio to effectively convey a message or story.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and product promotions.
- Maintain and organize digital media assets, including archiving and retrieving files as needed.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualification in a related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in multimedia design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
- Strong creative and visual storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**:
$70,000-$80,000 plus 11% Superannuation for a 38 hour work-week.
