Whether you want to come to Australia to undertake an accredited rotation as part of your current ED training program, if you want to begin your ED training here with ACEM, or just have a working holiday as a HMO, we can accommodate your needs in our 5 Emergency departments:

- MMC Adults Tertiary ED
- Monash Children’s Tertiary ED
- Dandenong Mixed ED
- Casey Mixed ED
- Victorian Heart Hospital, new and unique Cardiac Hospital with a stand-alone ED

**Generous Renumeration **based on experience** **and role (as per the Victoria Doctors in Training EBA):

- $95 000 - $115 000 base rate plus penalties for HMO 3 - 4
- $125 000 - $170 000 base rate plus penalties for registrars (HMO4+)

**Manageable workload **- full time is 4 shifts per week, 9.5 hours per shift with 1:2 weekends included in these shifts.

**Part time **also available. Extra shifts are also usually available, often at Locum rates

Protected, paid **teaching time** for registrars each week

**Supported departments**; all shifts are supervised by on-the-floor ED Consultants from 0730 - 2400 and experienced Senior Registrars managing the department overnight.

All sites are **clinically supported** by ICU, Anaesthetics, General Medicine, General Surgery, Paediatrics and Obstetrics/Gynae on site 24/7

**Rotations** are 3 and 6** **months, based in one department at a time. Registrars also have access to many non-ED terms such as:

- Toxicology
- Simulation Centre
- Hospital In the Home
- Royal Victorian Eye and Ear hospital
- Adult Retrieval Victoria
- General Medicine, Paediatric Registrar, Psychiatry, ICU, Anaestheticsand more.

Starting contracts are available for 6 months or 12 months, and multi-year contracts for registrars after their first year

**How to Apply**
