Joining this brokerage means taking charge of the Personal Lines insurance requirements of their top corporate and commercial clients, while benefiting from the backing of the admin and junior broking teams, in addition to an exceptional claims department. **The responsibilities will include**:

- Take full responsibility for the high net-worth Personal Lines portfolio of accounts for our Corporate Clients
- Provide second-to-none service ensuring that our clients’ high expectations are met
- Maintain in depth knowledge of the client portfolio to assess current and future needs
- Identify and suggest suitable products, services and upgrades to clients
- Secure new business and ensure retention of current clients
- Keep informed of market dynamics and the associated impact on clients
- Develop substantial networks with internal and external stakeholders

Operations and Compliance
- Manage the compliance and operational requirements for the portfolio
- Ensure processes including renewals, debtors, complaint register, breach register and win loss data are completed accurately and on time

**Skills & Experience that you have**
- 3+ years’ experience as an Account Manager dealing with high net-worth clients
- Outstanding customer service with a commercial approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office suite of products is required
- Experience with Winbeat, OfficeTech, Sunrise, SVU, SCTP is desirable

**Qualifications you will need**
- Tier 1 Broking qualification
- A tertiary qualification in financial services will be highly regarded or Diploma in Insurance

- Have existing relationships with underwriters and industry networks
- A passion and technical aptitude for personal lines products
- Ability to present and communicate with Top Level Executives and alike clients
