We are on the lookout for an amazing Restaurant Manager.
We operate Wednesday to Sunday 5pm-9pm. You must have front of house experience, be well presented, have a good work ethic, a great attitude, be able to work in a fast paced environment, and have excellent communication skills.
We are looking for someone pretty special here
Some of the usual restaurant management/front of house/admin experience is necessary, but honestly, it’s your attitude and passion for hospo that’s important to us. We have an incredible support team that will assist you all back of house tasks and training in any area that you need.
You will be working closely with our head chef and a hands on General Manager.
This role includes:
Hiring, training and managing staff
Rostering
Running shifts in our restaurant
Working super close with the head chef to maintain KPI’s
Ensuring our guests are having the best time during shift
Providing the absolute best customer service

Ability to commute/relocate:
- FREMANTLE, WA 6160: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)
