**The role**:
Our client is looking for their next experienced
**Assistant Strata Manager** to join their team.
Ongoing training and development and will be provided along with on the job training. Day to day, you will assist a team of Strata Managers in the management of their portfolios including:

- Assisting with accounts receivable and payable processes, combined with a variety of other administrative tasks
- Managing private and confidential information relating to Bodies Corporate
- Assisting with the preparation of Body Corporate Annual/Extraordinary General Meetings and Committee Meetings including Open and Secret Ballots
- Assisting with and providing clients accurate information on the Body Corporate Community Management Legislation
- Attending Body Corporate Annual/Extraordinary and Committee Meetings including with the assistance of conducting and recording Open and Secret Ballots
- Assisting with the management of maintenance and insurance

**About you**:
You will have exceptional customer service skills with a motivation to learn and succeed with a strong eye for attention to detail. You will also bring a minimum 6-12 months' experience in a similar role with a willingness to grow and develop your career in STRATA.
