**Trade Assistant and Vehicle Electrical Accessory Fitter needed - Full-Time position**

Amtek is an Australian owned and operated company, we specialise in building customised, engineered vehicle solutions for a range of government and private clients including SES, Medical services, Ambulance service, Police, Disability access, Fire and Rescue, retirement & nursing homes, special needs schools and many more.

We are currently recruiting experienced **Trade Assistant **and a **Vehicle Accessory Fitter ** to work in our Ambulance production team in our Moorebank facility.

New dynamic company building the latest emergency and specialised vehicles. Work is clean in modern facility and involves significant vehicle conversions.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Assist to assemble and decommission a wide range of purpose-built vehicles
- Assembly and fitting of electrical vehicle accessories such as light bars, antennas, sirens, bull bars etc
- Assist in day-to-day tasks as per Team Leader’s instruction, including general labouring and specific tasks to assist the team and Team Leader
- Assist in the repairs and maintenance of products
- Qualification or relevant experience in Automotive /Accessory fitting / Vehicle Body Building / Manufacturing preferred
- Working to meet strict daily deadlines while maintaining high quality workmanship.
- Working a variety of tasks using hand tools and power tools
- Working well independently whilst being part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
