About the role
This role is responsible for conducting NDT Technician tasks within the approved competency certification and authorisation, and perform all allocated tasks in a professional and efficient manner.
This role is responsible for delivering Non Destructive Testing (NDT) technical services that supports fixed wing maintenance tasks carried out at the Edinburgh SA site. In this role you will conduct NDI tasks within your competency certification and authorisation and perform all allocated tasks in a professional and efficient manner.

**Some of your day-to-day activities will include**:

- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, whether as an individual or as part of a larger team.
- Meet the required planning objectives and maintenance targets set by the Team Lead
- Ensure that tasks are carried out in accordance with all current and applicable approved publications, documents and procedures.
- Conduct inspection activities within the level of your delegation and provide supervision in accordance with your delegated authority.

About you

The knowledge, skills and experience best suited to this role would include:

- Cert IV (or equivalent) in Aeroskills within the Mechanical, Avionics or Structures trade stream as applicable
- Completion of NDT Level 2 training in accordance with EN4179 in PT, MT, ET and UT methods
- 5 years minimum demonstrated experience as a Level 2 NDT Technician working within the aviation maintenance environment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and customer satisfaction
