**About the Role**

Reporting to the Business Manager, you'll manage a well organised, small portfolio based in the eastern suburbs with hands-on, supportive leadership. Your central focus will be on business development and nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships.

**The Duties**
- Listing & advertisement of properties
- Open inspections & private viewings
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
- Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
- PCRs and routine inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Rental arrears management

**Skills & Experience**
- **Previous PM experience is essential**:

- Initiative and a passion for the industry
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- High level of care factor and customer service
- Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
