- Clairvaux MacKillop College is seeking a
**Part Time Finance Officer - Debt Collector **to join our college community.
If you:

- have a passion for debt collection and pride yourself on your calm, pastoral and empathetic manner and would find job satisfaction in working with our college families to help them repay their college fees within their means
- are looking for a very flexible role for 12 hours per week, preferably school hours

We have the role for you.

The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for debt collection but will also work to support our existing team of 2 finance officers. The successful applicant is required to demonstrate competency in their ability to follow up on outstanding debts and establish a successful process for the collection of college fees within the catholic ethos.

A major focus of the role is one of attitude - the Finance Officer is required to possess a helpfulness of spirit, flexibility, and excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in a finance role, particularly accounts receivable, excellent organisational skills, demonstrated initiative and ability to work with limited supervision, great attention to detail, confidentiality and discretion are all essential attributes for this position. Previous experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel and any previous experience with eMinerva or D365 would be highly regarded.

To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

- hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
- be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
- have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
