We are looking for a
**Sales Support Specialist **to join the team based in Melbourne, VIC full-time. There is flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

We are looking for a
**Sales Support Specialist **to expand and join our team to grow professionally and collaboratively in Melbourne.
**The Role**:
- Service as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships
- Collaborate with the internal sales and engineering team as well as the customers to ensure smooth implementation of the product
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current customer information
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Act as a client advocate within the company, representing their interests and needs
- Previous experience working in a telecommunications company is essential
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as client success, customer service, sales support, or sales operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand technical products and solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Proactive attitude with a customer-centric mindset
