Working across the **Greater** **Melbourne **area with suburbs ranging from **Hawthorn, South Yarra, Epping, Broadmeadows, Hoppers Crossing and surrounds,** you will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store & MSO ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below:

- Selling in core and NPD products
- Negotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share
- Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
- Driving sales results
- Develop strong store relationships
- New line pre-sell and building of range distribution
- Implementation of product layouts
- Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity

**Key selection criteria**:

- Relevant experience in Sales based role in Retail, FMCG and Merchandising, highly favourable in Pharmacy

- Able to work autonomously
- Valid driver licence and reliable car

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
