**Duties**:

- Responsible for delivery of training, assessments, and competency-based activities across the scope of drill and blast
- Conducting Verification of Competency as per the Training and Compliance Procedure
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and assessments
- Collaborate with colleagues and leadership team to improve training materials and processes at sites
- Foster a positive learning environment and support trainees through their development
- Liaison with Project Manager and Training Superintendent

**You will need**:

- Good computer literacy - both MS Word and Excel
- Certificate IV TAE40116 Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Sound knowledge of Drill & Blast equipment and processes
- Aptitude to understand manufacturer's manuals and handbooks
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with LMS systems and tablet technology as a training and assessment tool
- At least 5 years in a mining environment
