An exciting opportunity has now become available for a Credit Officer to join our team at Crown in a maternity leave cover capacity. Reporting directly to the National Shared Services Manager, you will be working with the team responsible for credit review and debt collection.

**Requirements**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Contact customers with outstanding debts to obtain payment.
- Provide customers with required information to assist in resolving outstanding debts.
- Direct customer queries and disputes to assigned branch personnel to facilitate settlement of disputes and /or queries.
- Quantify and report on Bad and Doubtful Debts.

**Skills and Experience**
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail
