Clearly you are passionate about the industry? To be successful you will need the below:

- Had or currently hold a role in a similar position then this is going to be a breeze for you.
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail management, or front desk management role
- Able to multi task, answering the phones and killer sale skills to smash those KPIS consistently?

When you love coming to work everyday this sort of stuff comes easy..
- You're the one overseeing the busy day to day operations of the tattoo studio, booking in the appointments for the new and our existing regulars.
- Take control of the phones that don't stop ringing and can close sales and cash handle like a boss, then you can handle this

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
