**The Opportunity**

The full-time position will be responsible for facilitating training programs across multiple locations in Southwest QLD. This involves enhancing the skills of poultry production staff, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and assessing staff competency to support continuous improvement in poultry production processes.

Reporting to the RTO Manager, some key responsibilities will include:

- Provide accurate and detailed information to enrolled students and potential students on training courses and enrolment requirements
- Undertake internal audits of student files and, where applicable, make necessary amendments to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the files
- Maintain and ensure currency of all student training records
- Implementing strategies to support diverse learner needs, including those with disabilities or specific learning requirements
- Participate in Validation and Resource Development

**Who We Are Looking For**

SunPork has established an efficient, highly skilled yet diversified team that is dedicated to producing high quality, sustainable welfare-optimal products.

As a key member of this team, the successful applicant must have:

- Certificate III in Poultry Production
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (not essential as formal training will be provided)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Poultry industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience using LMS systems preferably aXcelerate (not essential)
- A current ‘C’ class Queensland driver licence
- Adaptability across various work environments
- Provide a high standard of skills training to students
- Established time management and prioritisation skills
- Demonstratedcustomer service and communication skills in both written or and verbally methods
