We are a rapidly growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) company dedicated to building easy-to-use solutions for the traffic control and engineering industries.

**Role Description**

In this role, you will primarily focus on maintaining our current marketing initiatives, creating online content and exploring new opportunities for our suite of products. If you are organised, an effective communicator and have outstanding analytical skills - we would love to hear from you.

In this role, you will predominantly be coordinating:

- PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads);
- SEO;
- Content marketing;
- Social media;
- Development of marketing collateral.

You will also work with our Customer Success team on customer engagement and relationship building initiatives.

The position is based at our office in Geelong (flexible working options are available). Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and generous bonuses offered in addition to your salary.

**Skills and experience**

You will have:

- Effective communication skills, including the ability to interact with customers and our global team
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
- Keen attention to detail and be highly organised
- Ability to collect and analyse data, then make decisions based on that information
- Technical proficiency and confidence
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications)
- Ideally, at least 2-3 years of professional experience including exposure to digital marketing. That said, recent graduates are also encouraged to apply. Training and professional development opportunities will be provided.
- Knowledge of traffic management and engineering industries will be advantageous.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
