Cluster Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Cluster **Manager **to oversee multiple retail stores and based at Betts Kotara store

Cluster Managers are responsible for ensuring all stores in their group are managed to excel.
- 5+ years of Retail Management experience including a minimum of 2 years of either multi-site or flagship Store Management.
- Leadership & people coaching skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
- High level customer service & communication skills.
- Time Management, multitasking ability & delegation skills.
- Good financial understanding.
- Administration skills (Budgeting, Rostering).
- Good understanding of the Australian fashion industry and trends.
- Tenacious and positive attitude.
