Knoxfield/Broadmeadows

Established in the 1930s this confectionery manufacturer located in Knoxfield and Broadmeadows in Victoria make more than 60 million packets of confectionery each year, including popular products such as aniseed stars, black jelly beans, hard jubes and retro and boiled sweets.

With the expansion of their Knoxfield and Broadmeadows plants, they require experienced machine operators for manufacturing, packaging and quality control of their confectionery products.

**_Duties will include:_**
- Setting up and running of machines
- Filling and Chilling products in molds
- Preparing wrapping materials
- Quality control of products
- Hand packing boxes
- Palletising finished goods
- General housekeeping
- Must have machine operating experience in a food manufacturing Industry.
- Mogul Machine, NID Machine and/or bagger operator experience highly desirable
- Must be available to work shift hours, overtime, weekends when required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills

**Working Hours**:

- Monday to Friday_
- Day shift
- Afternoon shift
