**The Role**:
A Product Designer in the Design and Experience Community will work closely with our Senior Product Designers to design intuitive digital products and services that meet the needs of humans. We’re looking for talented individuals who are confident with their product design capabilities with sound communication skills to co-create next generation digital products and services with clients and colleagues.

**As a Senior Product Designer in the Design and Experience Community, you**:

- Have at least 3 years of experience designing digital products and services at digital agencies, consultancies or in a product team
- Are confident in designing digital products and services, understanding what it takes to get them from strategy and ideas to in-market experiences that humans use
- Are confident in the design process and how to deliver human-centered design thinking processes, but experienced enough to know when the process needs to be changed to suit the circumstances
- Are a confident designer with a strong passion for all things design; from user research and testing to typography to color, photography, motion and animation
- Are confident in lean user experience and design, working iteratively to build, test and learn in collaboration with users, clients and colleagues
- Have confidence with an array of design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe, In-vision) to support you to do your work, but are also passionate about learning new tools and new ways of working
- Have a portfolio of award winning and industry leading work in digital or physical digital
- Work seamlessly with strategy, product and engineering experts in cross-functional teams to be the voice of the customer and guide the vision of the experiences you’re creating
- Have confidence in guiding clients through the design process and rationalizing product design decisions based on evidence
- Have a sound understanding of digital technologies, which helps you work closely with engineers to bring to life ideas and next generation digital products and services
