**The Company**:
I represent a Refrigeration company located in Western Sydney, NSW, that specialises in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of commercial refrigeration. Their team of 30 work hard to offer experience, industry knowledge and respect with a no-fuss approach to all their clients.
**About the Role**:
**As the Office Manager**, you will report to the Director and work closely with the Project Manager and Service team in an open-plan office.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities** will include actioning Accounts, scheduling company vehicle maintenance, processing Payroll, and liaising with clients.

- **$60,000 - $80,000 + super**
**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule services, tyre replacements and maintenance for company vehicles
- Process weekly Payroll, including superannuation
- Issue supplier invoices on job completion
- Ensure leases and licences are compliant with onsite work
- Maintain an efficient filing system for customer files, debtors and creditors
- Submit purchase orders for stationary, stock and equipment
- Action Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, EOM, and Bank Reconciliations
- General Administrative duties
**Skills and Experience**:
- 3+ years with similar responsibilities
- Experience in an all-round Accounts/Bookkeeper position
- o AR, AP, Debt Collection, Reconciliation, Payroll, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, BAS, etc.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proven ability to utilise time effectively and prioritise tasks based on urgency
- Knowledge of MYOB and/or Quickline - Highly desirable
- Experience within the HVAQ industry - Not essential
